Daily Puzzle Club — Account & Data Deletion

Daily Puzzle Club currently does not require an account to play. Sign-in is planned as an optional future feature. This page covers both cases so it stays accurate as the app evolves.

Guest users (current build)

In the current build, all players use Daily Puzzle Club without an account. Local progress, including levels, stars, streaks, Club Points and settings, can be removed by:

Using an in-app Reset Progress control, where that feature is available in Settings.
Clearing Daily Puzzle Club's app storage from Android Settings › Apps › Daily Puzzle Club › Storage & cache.
Uninstalling the app, which removes its app-private data.

Signed-in users (when account sign-in is enabled)

Account sign-in is not active in the current build. Once optional Google or Facebook sign-in is enabled in a future release, signed-in players will be able to request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Daily Puzzle Club Account Deletion Request". Include only the minimum information necessary to identify your account, such as the email address or display name associated with it. Do not include your password.

Once account deletion is available, requests will work as follows:

Identity verification may be required before deletion.
Deletion removes the associated account and synchronized game data where applicable.
Purchase records, if any exist, may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

An automated in-app or web deletion form is not implemented as of this writing. This page will be updated with in-app deletion instructions if that capability is added.

Data deletion without account deletion

Because Daily Puzzle Club does not currently support accounts, all local data can already be cleared using the guest-user steps above without any request process. Once account sign-in exists, if a way to delete specific data categories without deleting the whole account becomes available, it will be described here; until then, deleting an account removes its associated data.
