Daily Puzzle Club Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026. This policy explains what Daily Puzzle Club processes locally, what may be collected if optional sign-in is enabled, and which services are planned but not yet active.

Overview

Daily Puzzle Club is an Android puzzle game developed by Lumarc Studio. This policy covers the current build of the app. Daily Puzzle Club is under active development, and some services described here as planned may become active in a future release; this page will be updated before that happens.

Information processed locally

Daily Puzzle Club currently stores gameplay data locally on your device using a local database and local preference storage, including:

  • Puzzle progress, selected levels and puzzle state.
  • Stars, solve times, streaks and Club Points balance.
  • Hint usage and achievement progress.
  • App settings and gameplay preferences (for example, sound, haptics and theme).

This local game state is not collected by Lumarc Studio and does not leave your device unless a future cloud-sync feature is enabled and you choose to use it, at which point this policy will be updated to describe that feature accurately.

Account information

Daily Puzzle Club includes the Google Sign-In library as a foundation for a future optional account and progress-sync feature. As of the effective date above, this sign-in flow is not wired into any screen in the app, so no account can currently be created and no account data is currently collected. When account sign-in is enabled in a future release, this section will be updated to describe what is collected (such as a Google account identifier, display name or profile image supplied by the provider) and its purpose (account identity, progress backup and cross-device sync) before that release is made available. Facebook login is not present in the current build.

Cloud progress

Daily Puzzle Club does not currently include any cloud database or server-side storage. All progress described in "Information processed locally" above stays on your device. Cloud progress synchronization is a planned feature; if implemented, this section will describe exactly what is synchronized (for example levels, stars, streaks, Club Points and settings) before that release is made available.

Analytics

Daily Puzzle Club does not currently include an analytics software development kit (SDK). No app-interaction or usage analytics are currently collected. If analytics are added in a future release, this section will name the provider, the data involved and the purpose before that release is made available.

Crash reporting

Daily Puzzle Club does not currently include a crash reporting SDK. If crash or diagnostic reporting is added in a future release, this section will be updated accordingly.

Advertising

Daily Puzzle Club's current build contains only a placeholder, simulated rewarded-ad flow used for internal testing; it does not connect to any real advertising network and does not currently transmit advertising identifiers or device data to any ad provider. When Google AdMob or another ad network is integrated for a public release, this section will disclose the provider, the advertising identifiers or device data involved, ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and available consent choices before that release is made available. Rewarded ads, where offered, are expected to remain optional and tied to player-initiated actions such as requesting an extra hint.

Purchases

Daily Puzzle Club does not currently include in-app purchases or Google Play Billing. If Club Point packs or a Remove Ads purchase are introduced in a future release, purchases will be processed through Google Play. Lumarc Studio does not receive or store your complete payment card details; Google Play handles payment processing directly.

Third-party services

The current build includes the following third-party components:

  • Google Play services (Google Sign-In library) — bundled as a dependency; not currently wired into an active sign-in flow. See Google's Privacy Policy .

The following services are planned but are not present in the current build: Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Cloud Firestore, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing and Facebook Login. None of these are active as of the effective date above. If and when any of these are integrated, this policy will be updated to disclose them accurately before that release is made available.

Children

Daily Puzzle Club is designed for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children. Daily Puzzle Club does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data security

Local game data is stored in app-private storage protected by Android's application sandbox. Reasonable practices are used to protect information handled by the app, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and Daily Puzzle Club cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Local game state is retained on your device until you reset progress in-app (where available), clear app data through Android Settings, or uninstall the app. If account and cloud-sync features are introduced, related account data will be retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, and this section will be updated with specifics before that release. Purchase or transaction records, if introduced, may be subject to separate retention requirements.

Deletion

See the Daily Puzzle Club account and data deletion page for steps to remove local progress and how to request deletion if an account exists.

User choices

Depending on what is enabled in your current build, you may be able to:

  • Play as a guest without creating an account.
  • Reset local progress in-app, where that control is available.
  • Adjust sound, music, haptics and theme preferences.
  • Request deletion of any account or cloud data, once those features exist.

Daily Puzzle Club does not currently collect analytics or serve live ads, so there are no analytics or ads consent controls to offer yet. Consent choices for advertising or analytics will be added here if and when those services are integrated.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Daily Puzzle Club changes, particularly as sign-in, cloud sync, analytics, advertising or purchases move from planned to active. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of Daily Puzzle Club after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
