Daily Puzzle Club Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Daily Puzzle Club, an Android game from Lumarc Studio.

This page is general information and may need legal review before large-scale commercial launch.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using Daily Puzzle Club, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Daily Puzzle Club Privacy Policy .

Eligibility and audience

Daily Puzzle Club is designed for a general audience. If you are under the age required to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction, use Daily Puzzle Club only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

License to use the game

Lumarc Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Daily Puzzle Club on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of Daily Puzzle Club, except where applicable law permits it.
  • Use automated tools, bots or exploits to manipulate progress, scores, streaks or Club Points.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the game or attempt to access parts of it not intended for players.
  • Use the game for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts

Daily Puzzle Club currently does not require an account to play. An optional account and sign-in feature is planned for a future release to support progress backup and cross-device sync. When available, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Club Points (virtual currency)

Club Points are a virtual in-game currency usable only within Daily Puzzle Club. Club Points:

  • Have no real-world cash value.
  • Cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or exchanged for money.
  • May be earned through gameplay.
  • May, in a future release, be purchased through Google Play.
  • May, in a future release, be used for hints, cosmetics or optional progression-related features.

Club Points are not an investment, do not generate profit or earnings, and are not a form of currency that can be converted to money. Lumarc Studio may adjust how Club Points are earned, used or valued within the game at its discretion, consistent with applicable law.

Purchases

Daily Puzzle Club does not currently offer in-app purchases. If Club Point packs or a Remove Ads purchase are introduced, they will be processed through Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play's own terms. Purchases, once available, are expected to be final except where required otherwise by applicable law or Google Play policy.

Advertising

The current build does not display live advertising. If ads are introduced, Daily Puzzle Club is designed so that normal puzzle levels remain playable without watching an ad; any rewarded ads are expected to be optional and tied to bonus features such as extra hints.

Intellectual property

Daily Puzzle Club, including its name, branding, artwork, puzzle designs, software and content, is owned by Lumarc Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of any of this to you.

Availability

Daily Puzzle Club is provided on an "as available" basis. Features described as planned may change, be delayed or not ship. Lumarc Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the game.

Disclaimers

Daily Puzzle Club is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumarc Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Daily Puzzle Club.

Termination

You may stop using Daily Puzzle Club at any time by uninstalling the app. Lumarc Studio may suspend or terminate access to the game, or to specific features such as an account, for violations of these terms or where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Daily Puzzle Club changes. Continued use of the game after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
