FlowFetch Responsible Use & Copyright
FlowFetch is a neutral, general-purpose transfer and download utility. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permission necessary to download, save, share or distribute any content.
Use FlowFetch responsibly
Download only content you:
- Own.
- Have permission to download.
- Are licensed to use.
- May lawfully download.
- Receive through authorized distribution.
Appropriate examples include files you own, open-source software distributions, public-domain content, Creative Commons or otherwise openly licensed media, files distributed with permission, creator-provided downloads, and authorized torrent distributions such as Linux distribution images.
FlowFetch does not grant rights to third-party content
Using FlowFetch does not grant, license or authorize access to any third-party content. FlowFetch does not bypass DRM, authentication, paywalls, geo-restrictions or platform protections, and does not make otherwise unauthorized content lawful to download. Lumarc Studio explicitly discourages copyright infringement and does not condone using FlowFetch to download or share content without the necessary rights or permission.
FlowFetch does not host content
FlowFetch is a client-side transfer tool that runs on your device. Lumarc Studio does not host, store, index, curate or distribute the files, torrents or magnet links you choose to open, and is not a hosting provider for user content.
Copyright concerns
If you have a copyright-related concern about how FlowFetch is described or distributed, contact [email protected] . Because FlowFetch does not host or control third-party content, Lumarc Studio cannot remove files from third-party sources, trackers or peers, and this page does not describe a hosted-content takedown process.
